1. About Folivo

Folivo provides software tools that help businesses, freelancers, and sellers create online storefronts, manage products or services, receive orders, and communicate with customers.

Folivo is a software platform and is not a bank, payment processor, escrow provider, logistics company, or merchant of record.

2. Eligibility

To use Folivo, you must:

• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Seller Accounts

When creating a seller account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Maintain updated contact information
• Not share accounts in unauthorized ways
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

Folivo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risks.

4. Storefronts and Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Product and service listings
• Pricing and descriptions
• Uploaded content and images
• Delivery commitments
• Customer communications
• Compliance with laws and regulations

You must not use Folivo to sell or promote illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited products or services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Folivo for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Send spam or deceptive communications
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Abuse APIs, integrations, or platform limits
• Interfere with platform performance or security
• Use automated scraping or abusive automation without authorization

Folivo may investigate and take action against violations, including suspension or removal of content.

6. Orders and Transactions

Folivo provides tools that enable transactions between sellers and customers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Payments are made directly between buyers and sellers
• Folivo does not hold customer funds
• Folivo is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and sellers
• Sellers are responsible for refunds, fulfillment, delivery, and customer support related to their stores

Customers should contact the seller directly regarding orders, delivery, or refund concerns.

7. Delivery and Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for:

• Delivery commitments
• Pickup arrangements
• Delivery fees
• Packaging and shipment
• Accuracy of delivery information

Folivo is not liable for delayed, failed, damaged, or incorrect deliveries caused by sellers, buyers, logistics providers, or third parties.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

Some Folivo features may require paid subscriptions or usage-based fees.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees and taxes
• Maintain valid payment methods if applicable
• Accept pricing changes with reasonable notice

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Folivo may modify plan features, pricing, or limits at any time with appropriate notice.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Folivo.

By using the Services, you grant Folivo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and use your content solely for operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all uploaded content.

Folivo may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. AI-Generated Content

Folivo may provide AI-assisted tools or generated content suggestions.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or relying on it.

Folivo's total liability related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Folivo during the previous 12 months, if any.
